01Can I move from Treatwell, Fresha, or Booksy without losing my clients?+
Yes. Send us your export (CSV, ICS, or whatever they let you have) and we'll migrate clients, history, and upcoming bookings for free. Most shops are live within 48 hours. We'll also redirect your old booking links so nobody misses an appointment.
02Are there contracts or cancellation fees?+
None. Month to month, cancel anytime in two clicks. Your data exports the moment you ask, even after you leave. No "winback" pressure, no exit interviews.
03How does payment processing work? What about VAT?+
Payments run through Stripe and Mollie at 1.4% + €0.20 per transaction — the same rates the platforms charge themselves. Payouts arrive next business day to your bank account. VAT is calculated per service, country-aware, and downloadable as a monthly report your accountant will actually thank you for.
04What kind of support do I get?+
Real people, 7 days a week, replying in under 4 hours on average. Chat, email, or a phone call if it's urgent — your call. No tier system, no "premium" support paywall. Founders still answer some tickets themselves.
05Which languages are supported?+
The app is fully translated into Dutch and English today, with German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese in active rollout. SMS templates work in 22 languages. Your booking page automatically matches your client's browser language.
06Is my client data really mine? What's the GDPR story?+
You own it. We're the processor; you're the controller. Data lives in Frankfurt, encrypted at rest. We never email your clients on our behalf, never sell or share, and you can wipe everything (or export it) at any time. Our DPA is a single page in plain language — read it before you sign up.
