Terms of service.
Plain-language version. The core ideas are: your data stays yours, billing is monthly, and either side can walk away.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a shop, you confirm you have authority to bind that shop.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account per person; shops can have multiple users with different roles.
3. Your data
Your shop data, client list, and bookings remain yours. We act as a processor for the personal data you store in Kappr; you remain the data controller of your client list.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated. We give 30 days notice before any price change.
5. Cancellation
Cancel any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We'll export your data on request.
6. Acceptable use
Kappr can't be used for spam, fraud, or content that's illegal under EU law. Accounts violating this can be suspended without refund.
7. Liability
We aim for high uptime and reliable delivery, but Kappr is provided "as is." Our maximum liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that can't be resolved by talking go to the courts of Amsterdam.
